Initial Editorial Screening
All submitted manuscripts are first reviewed by the editorial team to determine whether they fit the journal’s aims and scope and meet basic standards of scholarly presentation. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be declined before external review.
Peer Review Process
Manuscripts considered suitable for review are sent to qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript’s originality, argument, methodology, use of sources, contribution to scholarship, clarity, and overall quality.

The final decision rests with the editorial team. Editorial decisions are based on reviewer reports, the journal’s standards, and the manuscript’s contribution to the field.
